Position Summary:

Lead and direct the warehouse team in the movement and managed accuracy of inventory and raw materials throughout the manufacturing facility. Work in close coordination with Production supervisors and leadership to maintain production supply. Oversee product and material receiving, put away, replenishment, inventory auditing, and various intra-plant material moves. Resolve daily issues and clearly communicate or escalate to leadership as needed. Enforce process compliance and process continuous improvement efforts to meet or exceed our customers' expectations. Effectively manage a team of approximately 20 hourly staff to plan labor and other resources as well as drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
