About Reserve Food & Wine:
Reserve Food & Wine (Reserve) opened in September of 2010. The centerpiece of Reserve GR is the 102 bottle cruvinet which houses bottles of wine and uses nitrogen to preserve wines for up to a six month shelf life. Our goal at Reserve is to deliver a unique wine and food experience to our guests. At Reserve, we offer a menu that is traditional Western, with a strong focus on sourcing our produce and meats locally. We strive to find the best available, while highlighting the seasonality of our product. At Reserve, finding the perfect glass of wine to pair with our exemplary menu is the total experience.
Reserve is looking for a Line Cook who can accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. The line cooks also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer's satisfaction.
